I think Hiccup would be pretty okay with just about any subject. There wasn't any such thing as disturbing subjects around his time in history (I peg him at around the end of the viking age, in the tenth century), though he has shown apprehension towards Bork's "interesting drawings of neighbours" canonically (presumed pornography due to his reaction). Vikings his age were expected to know things adults did, and there was no such thing as censorship.

Hiccup has a tendency to run at the mouth. He's used to people not paying attention to him or ignoring what he says so he doesn't keep his thoughts internal. Everything is said outright, whether it be insulting or not (insults are usually said under his breath). He has no breaks when it comes to talking and can babble for hours on inane subjects, and also has a very dry sense of humor.

Sure! Technology isn't Hiccup's thing even though he might get better at making things unhackable at some point.
